    1. Through data voluntarily entered into forms, which are entered into the Operator’s systems.

2. Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator

  1. Login locations and personal data entry points are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). As a result, personal data and login details entered on the page are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server.

  2. Personal data stored in the database are encrypted in such a way that only the Operator possessing the key can read them. This ensures data protection in the event of the database being stolen from the server.

  4. An important element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which in particular means regular updates of software components.

4. Your Rights and Additional Information on Data Usage

  1. In certain situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to fulfill the contract concluded with you or to fulfill the obligations incumbent on the Administrator. This applies to the following groups of recipients:

    • hosting company on the basis of entrustment
    • comment system operators
    • online chat solution operators
    • authorized employees and associates who use the data to achieve the purpose of the site
    • companies providing marketing services for the Administrator

  5. The Administrator’s actions are subject to a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

  6. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the operation of the Website.

  7. Actions consisting of automated decision-making, including profiling, may be undertaken with respect to you to provide services within the framework of the concluded contract and for the Administrator to conduct direct marketing.

  8. Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of the data protection regulations. This means that we do not send them outside the European Union.

5. Information in Forms

  1. The service collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data if it is provided.

  2. The service may save information about the connection parameters (timestamp, IP address).
  3. In some cases, the service may save information that facilitates linking the data in the form with the email address of the user filling out the form. In such a case, the user’s email address appears within the URL of the page containing the form.
  4. The data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g., to perform the process of service registration, commercial contact, etc. Each time, the context and description of the form clearly informs what it is used for.

  1. Information on users’ behavior on the site may be logged. These data are used for site administration purposes.

7. Significant Marketing Techniques

  1. The operator conducts a statistical analysis of traffic on the site through Google Analytics (Google Inc., based in the USA). The operator does not pass personal data to this service provider, only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device.   2. The operator uses remarketing techniques, allowing the adjustment of advertising messages to the user’s behavior on the site, which may give the illusion that the user’s personal data is used for tracking, but in practice, no personal data is transferred from the operator to the advertisers. The technical condition for such actions is the enabled support of cookies.

  3. The operator uses the Facebook pixel. This technology means that Facebook (Facebook Inc., based in the USA) knows that a registered person is using the Service. It is based on data for which it is itself the administrator; the operator does not pass any additional personal data to Facebook from itself. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device.
